Development project for Prime Build in Faraday road in Wimbledon, involving a ground floor extension and loft conversion to increase gross internal area by 60%, to provide internal accommodation measuring 1,200 sqft.

The challenge was to overcome low ceiling height at the rear extension as the height at the front of the house was higher than the rear. Ground level of newly created open plan living space has been reduced by stepped down approach in order to gain extra ceiling height for generous space.
