A rectangular rooflight sits above the living area. Pale timber storage runs along one side, with exposed brick beside it and the kitchen and stair beyond.

The bathroom pairs a white basin on a slim chrome console with a bath and shower opposite. An open door leads to a narrow hall and a small step.
