A single straight run holds the sink along the wall, with tall units gathered at the garden end. Cooking moves to a separate island, which places the hob within the open room.

Dining sits at the garden edge, beside two-pane sliding doors. A concrete floor runs beneath the walnut-effect cabinetry and island.
